Using a mixture of traditional survey methods and the latest technology we are able to produce accurate and highly detailed floor plans, sections and elevations of existing buildings / structures. Our team of highly experienced surveyors have worked on a variety of building surveys over the years including (but not limited to) private dwellings, country estates, industrial buildings, castles, listed buildings, churches / cathedrals, schools, offices, sports venues, universities and retail centres.
All survey information is processed using the latest releases of N4CE, SCC, SURVPRO, LGOoffice, TGOoffice and Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit.

‘As built’ surveys
Above right – Poolbeg Lighthouse – We recently completed a measured survey for this iconic building. The first leveling of Ireland was carried out between 1839 and 1843 and it was referred to a datum taken to be the level of low water of a spring tide observed at Poolbeg Lighthouse in Dublin Bay on 8th April 1837.
Malin Head datum is the current datum used in Ireland and is approximately 2.7 m above the Poolbeg Lighthouse datum.
